As the Administration Assistant at Ridgehaven Rise, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the village while also helping deliver wellbeing initiatives that bring residents together. This is a varied role where approximately 75% of your time will focus on administration and 25% will support resident wellbeing activities, events and community engagement.
You'll thrive if you're organised, confident with technology and enjoy taking initiative to make things happen.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the village.
Help coordinate wellbeing activities and resident events.
Build genuine relationships with residents, visitors and the village team.
Bring new ideas to enhance resident engagement and community life.

What You Will Be Working On

You'll:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Village Manager.
Welcome residents, visitors and contractors.
Manage village communications, records and administration.
Coordinate resident enquiries and support move-in administration.
Assist with planning and delivering wellbeing initiatives and events.
Support resident engagement programs and community activities.
Use Microsoft Office and village systems to maintain accurate records.

Previous administration experience in a busy customer-focused environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Confidence working independently while supporting a collaborative team.
A genuine interest in creating positive experiences for older Australians.
