Catering Attendant
We have multiple immediate start opportunities for reliable individuals as Catering Attendants. The roles will predominantly be in our plate up room and you will be required to work 8-hour shifts. It is important that you have own transport and flexibility for shift changes weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling and packing meals to specifications
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Working in a team to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- General kitchen duties as required
To be suitable for this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a large food production facility/commercial kitchen (preferred)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions in a fast paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long period and perform repetitive tasks
- Own transport to travel to work
- Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills
- Citizenship or a valid working visa
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
