About All Rubber

All Rubber TMH Pty Ltd is a Western Australian-owned company established in 1971, specialising in conveyor belt splicing, rubber lining, wear protection and industrial maintenance services for the mining, resources, ports, construction and heavy industrial sectors.

We provide workshop, field service, shutdown and emergency breakdown services throughout Western Australia and are committed to maintaining a skilled workforce within a safe and supportive working environment.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Rubber Production Machine Operators specialising in Conveyor Belt Splicing and/or Industrial Rubber Lining to join our Kalgoorlie operation.

Applicants must live in the Goldfields DAMA region. This is not a FIFO/DIDO role.

This permanent full-time position involves workshop and field service work supporting mining and industrial customers throughout the Goldfields region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair heavy-duty conveyor belt systems.
Perform steel cord and fabric conveyor belt splicing using hot and cold vulcanising techniques.
Install, repair and maintain industrial rubber lining systems.
Prepare surfaces and apply rubber lining materials in accordance with industry standards.
Perform pulley lagging and maintenance of associated conveyor components.
Operate vulcanising presses, belt winding equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes and other specialised machinery.
Inspect equipment, diagnose faults and undertake repairs.
Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions and specifications.
Complete shutdown, planned maintenance and breakdown work.
Maintain accurate records and comply with company quality, safety and environmental procedures.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrated experience in conveyor belt splicing and/or industrial rubber lining.
Experience working within mining, industrial, manufacturing or other heavy industry environments.
A current driver's licence or the ability to obtain an Australian driver's licence upon commencement.
The ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
The ability to travel within the Goldfields region as required.
