Based in Busselton, we have deep roots in the South West and bring a strong local knowledge to every project we undertake. Our dedicated team has grown with the business and shares a common goal, to deliver quality, reliability, and lasting results across all areas of bitumen and civil construction.

All-Round Operator

Location: South West WA – Bunbury / Busselton / Margaret River Region

Pay: $35–$45 per hour (flat rate, based on experience)

Join a small, hardworking asphalt crew servicing civil and residential jobs across the South West.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced All-Round Operator who can confidently handle a range of civil machinery and work both independently and within a tight-knit team.

What We’re Looking For:

Final trim with a skid steer.
Operate excavators confidently and safely.
Hold a minimum HR Licence.
Read and work from plans.
Pass drug and alcohol testing.
Work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to finish quality and surface appearance.
Fit, reliable and comfortable with outdoor work.
Team player with good communication skills.
White Card required.

What We Offer:

Flat rate of $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Minimum 40-hour paid week.
Free local accommodation in shared housing.
Local work across the South West – no FIFO or night shift.
Supportive team environment within a growing small business.
Consistent hours and well-maintained equipment.
