What you’ll do
As Head of Product - Everyday Rewards, you will bring Loyalty and Retail Media together into a compelling proposition for our client brands and EDR members, to drive channel growth and brand investment into our Everyday Rewards program.
This is a senior role spanning product innovation and development as well as client-facing activity with our most strategic clients to bring product expertise and drive brand investment in Everyday Rewards. You will lead a team of 9, made of product manager(s), product sales and product executives.
You will be the key partner on all things Everyday Rewards to internal stakeholders such as Cartology sales, Ops and tech teams. You will also be the key Cartology partner to the EDR program team and senior leaders to co-design propositions and products that drive value both to brands and Everyday Rewards members.
Drive Channel Revenue: Own the Everyday Rewards channel revenue number and deliver year-on-year revenue growth targets.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Management: Manage the product roadmap and execute product growth strategies through critical stakeholder management within Cartology and the broader Woolworths group.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, recruit, coach, and manage the performance of a 9-person EDR product team to support their ongoing career growth and engagement.
Market Presence & Sales Support: Serve as an in-market spokesperson for Cartology, define comprehensive go-to-market plans, and support sales teams with current marketing collateral.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal Sales, Ops, and Tech teams, as well as the EDR program and Supermarkets commercial teams, to co-design high-value propositions.
What you’ll bring
Senior Industry Experience: More than 13 years of experience in senior digital advertising and data roles, featuring a demonstrated track record of driving revenue and achieving targets.
Loyalty & Targeted Advertising Expertise: Proven experience in the Rewards or Loyalty industry, or another form of targeted/audience-based advertising, backed by a strong understanding of customer behaviors.
Product & Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience managing product development roadmaps and overseeing specialist client service teams.
Commercial & B2B Acumen: Strong commercial and analytical acumen with a proven ability to drive end-to-end B2B sales processes and pipelines.
Matrix Stakeholder Management: Exceptional partnering skills to successfully navigate and manage internal and external relationships within a matrix environment.
