About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide individualized, person-centred support to adults, young people, and children with disability and complex support needs.

You will work alongside participants, families, carers, and community networks to support individuals to achieve their goals while promoting dignity, independence, choice, and inclusion.

We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and values-driven Support Workers to join our team in Tweed Heads, NSW.

You have flexible availability across 7 days between 8am - 6pm.
You are eager to learn and willing to provide compassionate personal care.

You believe everyone deserves access to a full and joyful life.
You are willing to obtain a First Aid/CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
You have a valid driver’s license and an insured car to support people on their adventures.
