About the role
Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting the delivery of RACV's community partnerships, programs and engagement initiatives. You'll help coordinate a range of activities, campaigns and events that create meaningful outcomes for Victorian communities while working closely with colleagues, partners and stakeholders across the business.
This role offers exposure to partnership management, community engagement, project coordination, events and reporting – making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in community programs, social impact or stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of RACV's community partnerships and programs, including:
- Coordinating partnership activities, campaigns, events and community initiatives.
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling and implementation to ensure successful delivery.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, community organisations and external partners.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and partnership updates that demonstrate impact and outcomes.
- Gathering insights, performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Assisting with the delivery of internal and external events, including logistics and communications.
- Providing administrative and financial support, including documentation, approvals, invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Ensuring activities are delivered in line with RACV policies, legislative requirements and partnership commitments.
What you’ll bring

- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset and confidence in identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
- The ability to build positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in program coordination, project support, events, community programs or a similar role (desirable).
