Senior Interior Designer

We are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Sydney studio. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the design and delivery of projects across a range of sectors—residential, cultural, commercial, and civic—while being part of a supportive and future-focused studio environment.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high‑quality interior design outcomes from concept through to delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and clients to uphold design intent.
Present design ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Manage interior design components of projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and risk management.
Provide mentorship, training and guidance to junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team.

What You’ll Bring

10+ years’ experience working in interior design within a design or architecture practice, with proven project leadership
A formal qualification in Interior Design or related discipline
Demonstrated experience leading interior projects across all stages from concept through to delivery
Strong knowledge of materials, FF&E, documentation standards, and sustainable design practices
Proficiency in Revit (essential), with capability in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
A calm, considered, and solutions-focused approach to leading teams and solving problems
A passion for inclusive, high-quality design and a collaborative studio environment
