About the Role
As a Key Account Manager (or “Senior Sales Executive” as we say at Domain), and under the wing of an experienced State Sales Leader, you will have full ownership of a highly engaged portfolio of our top-tier Residential Real Estate agency clients spread across Perth and metro WA region, who will look at you as an extension of their own teams. Building upon strong relationships, you will focus on growing strategic partnerships, up-selling new products and features, and driving overall brand loyalty for Domain as their embedded business partner and trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do:
Get to know our key real estate clients’ businesses intimately through close collaboration and maintaining strong partnerships.
Improve outcomes for clients by solution-selling across Domain’s portfolio of products via 1-to-1 meetings and sales meetings.
Present Domain insights, market trends and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and attend customer events / sales meetings.
Develop and execute account growth strategies that drive long-term commercial outcomes for both clients and Domain.
Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and business leaders within your client portfolio.
Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.
Liaise with internal key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to Key Accounts.
Proactively maintain relationships , introducing new and featured products that can solve problems and give clients the tools they need to achieve their goals.
Identify expansion opportunities and lead commercially complex conversations that deepen Domain's partnership with clients.
Provide world-class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues.
Continually provide feedback on market conditions such as competitive activities (sales tactics and marketing initiatives), as well as potential barriers and opportunities.
Act as the voice of your customers internally , influencing product, marketing and commercial decisions where appropriate.
Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Residential Real Estate space.
Ideally You’ll Have
ESSENTIALS:
Proven success in B2B consultative selling, with experience managing and growing strategic or key account relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, develop account strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience crafting tailored product solutions and negotiating complex commercial opportunities that drive long-term partnerships.
Ability to build credibility and influence a broad range of stakeholders, from sales teams through to senior decision-makers and business owners.
Confident presenting insights, recommendations and ROI-driven outcomes to groups and individual stakeholders.
Curious about data, insights and all things Real Estate, with a passion for understanding client businesses and market trends.
Drive, resilience and accountability to consistently meet sales targets while maintaining a humble approach to success.
Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, compelling way, and willingness to travel regularly to meet clients across Perth and metro WA.
NICE TO HAVES:
Building relationships / selling to Enterprise customers (highly preferred).
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments.
Experience or certifications in SaaS, Digital Media and/or Real Estate.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce.
Notable sales achievements within the above industries.
Experience mentoring, coaching or sharing best practice with peers
