About The Role
Provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties throughout the hospital including bookings, file preparation, switchboard, admissions and reception.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of information entered into our patient information and management systems.
Deliver patient centred care with a high level of customer service, both in person and over the phone.
Assist with any other administrative duties as directed by your Supervisor/Manager.
About You
Experience in data entry and excellent attention to detail is desirable.
Ability to work within a flexible roster across 7 days of week with no set days or shift hours.
Sound knowledge of Admission and Discharge processes within a hospital environment.
Experience in health administration and completion of a medical terminology course are desirable.
