Conduct rental and outgoings reconciliations to identify and address discrepancies or arrears across the portfolio
Efficiently manage recurring ad-hoc leasing payments and ensure all financial obligations are met on schedule
Maintain up-to-date vendor and landlord details, ensuring data integrity across regional systems and conducting periodic data audits
Prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports as required, demonstrating proficiency in Rent Roll data and reporting
Support team activities related to budgeting data forecasts and deliver monthly reports according to the agreed reporting schedule
Manage various trackers for data governance and compliance while executing efficient document management practices across the portfolio
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a positive approach to meeting internal stakeholder needs
Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
