What you’ll be working on

As a full-time Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field delivering hands-on technical support and installations across a diverse customer base. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same — from troubleshooting hardware issues onsite to supporting broader managed service environments.

You’ll be:

Performing onsite repairs, installations and configurations across laptops, desktops, and network devices
Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, identifying faults beyond software and applications
Supporting customer environments through maintenance, patching, and proactive monitoring
Managing and updating tickets, incidents, and service requests with clear documentation
Travelling across NSW to support customers where needed
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team culture aligned to our values

What you’ll bring

Essential:

Experience supporting desktop and hardware environments
Familiarity with IT service desk or ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware devices
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW
Willingness to complete relevant background checks
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable:

Exposure to Lenovo and/or Microsoft device repairs
Experience within managed services environments
Familiarity with monitoring tools or proactive IT maintenance
Exposure to Lenovo and/or Microsoft device repairs
