Field Service Engineer

Our advanced portfolio consists of lasers, medical-aesthetic devices, and surgical robotics, bringing new and innovative aesthetic technologies to the clinical space.

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to provide first level on-site or remote technical support and to ensure the quality and timely service of equipment. In this role you will repair, and trouble shoot problems for our customers who are using our Aesthetic medical devices, predominantly laser machines. This role will be based in Alexandria with travel to our customer sites based in metro NSW and solving technical problems and issues over the phone. You will work with a small team of skilled technicians, in a varied role which will see your time shared across the field and warehouse.

We believe that you will be successful with your application if you can

Establish and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Provide specialised support from a remote location either by telephone or email or onsite support
Develop and maintain expert knowledge and skill in supported products
Negotiate timeframes for solution implementation with clients and communicate with clients on progress updates throughout problem resolution
Manage customer expectations and follow up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in mechanical or electrical service
Experience working with electronic devices
Excellent communication, administration & organisational skills
