Your Role in Action
- Ensure Continuous Cane Supply: Manage train schedules and operations to maintain a steady and reliable flow of Sugar Cane to the mill, supporting uninterrupted production.
- Coordination of Train Movement: Oversee the safe and efficient movement of trains on the Wilmar railway networks, adjusting loco schedules as needed.
- Real-Time Digital Monitoring: Use advanced control systems with real-time GPS and automation tools to monitor and manage train movements, ensuring accurate scheduling and avoiding delays.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply big data analytics to predict issues, optimise schedules, and adjust operations based on real-time conditions, enhancing overall efficiency. Monitor and manage team performance.
- Smart Safety Systems: Implement technologies to monitor rail infrastructure and train conditions, ensuring safety and immediate alerts for any abnormalities.
- Personnel Supervision and Training: Supervise staff, manage associated administration, and coordinate on-the-job training for loco crews, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and efficient record-keeping.
- Advanced Communication Tools: Utilise cloud-based platforms and mobile apps for seamless communication with train drivers, production teams, and logistics managers.
- Digital Twin Technology: Employ virtual simulation tools to model and predict operational scenarios, refining control strategies in a risk-free environment.
Your Winning Combination
