Ready to be at the heart of General Insurance leadership? As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a trusted and influential role supporting several members of Zurich’s General Insurance Leadership Team, helping them stay connected, organised and focused on what matters most.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where your initiative, judgement and attention to detail will make a real impact. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and key priorities, prepare and organise information, and handle confidential matters with professionalism, discretion and care.
We’re looking for an exceptional organiser and confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships across senior leaders, stakeholders and teams. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love bringing structure to busy days and take pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be your next exciting adventure.
Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong diary management skills, including coordinating complex schedules, meetings, priorities, and events.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to stay calm across competing priorities.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executives, stakeholders, and teams.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
