The Role

Step into a role where digital takes centre stage. You’ll lead the digital craft end-to-end, shaping channel strategy, driving best-in-class execution, and making every touchpoint work harder.

Working at the core of a newly won, high-profile account, you’ll partner with senior leaders to turn sharp thinking into powerful campaign and always-on digital solutions.

This is your chance to set the standard - elevating output, tightening delivery, and pushing the quality of digital work to a whole new level.

Key Accountabilities:

Step into a newly won, high-profile account and take the lead on day-to-day delivery across Campaigns setting high standards from day one

Build, mentor and inspire a team of digital specialists, shaping culture, capability and career growth within a flagship dentsu team

Drive best-in-class digital work across Video, Display, Programmatic and Content Partnerships. Bring fresh thinking to a brand entering its next chapter

Own end-to-end digital responses to briefs, leading strategy, forecasting, budget allocation and performance modelling on a major new piece of business

Partner closely with senior clients and their in-house teams to embed truly connected, forward-thinking media strategies

Push boundaries with media partners to unlock innovative opportunities and elevate the work beyond “business as usual”

Take ownership of commercial delivery, from pacing and performance through to forecasting and financial accuracy

What You Will Bring:

You live and breathe digital and know how to make channels work harder and smarter

Strong familiarity with agency world, with a track record of getting great work out the door

Confidence to own the conversation and build real, easy relationships with clients
