The Role & The Team
Reporting to the Business Services Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Airservices' ARIBA Source-to-Manage platform, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the business. You will help ensure contracts are managed effectively, compliance obligations are met, and contract management processes are delivered consistently and efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of contract governance, systems administration and business support, helping stakeholders navigate contract management processes while ensuring compliance obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on ARIBA contract management functionality and processes.
- Support business stakeholders with contract workspace setup and administration.
- Maintain contract data, pricing arrangements, terms and conditions, and supplier compliance information within ARIBA.
- Conduct assurance and monitoring activities to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Build strong working relationships with Contract Managers, business leaders, and Procurement Services teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best-practice contract management processes.

The Person
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while providing practical and customer-focused advice to stakeholders. We're looking for someone who can apply sound judgement and a pragmatic approach while working within established governance frameworks.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong experience using SAP ARIBA, particularly contract management and Source-to-Manage functionality.
- Experience supporting contract management, procurement, supplier management, or governance activities.
- Ability to interpret and apply organisational policies, frameworks, and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
