Lead the future of project delivery at Kapitol

We're seeking a Head of Programme to establish and lead our programme management, planning and project controls capability across a portfolio of complex commercial construction projects.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how projects are planned, governed and delivered across the business while driving best-practice programme management, portfolio reporting, digital innovation and delivery excellence.

We're looking for a strategic leader who combines deep construction delivery expertise with strong programme management, governance and stakeholder leadership capability.

Your Key Skills

Enterprise programme management and project controls leadership.
Portfolio planning, governance and delivery assurance.
Advanced construction programming and scheduling expertise.
Risk management, forecasting and performance reporting.
Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
Executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Team leadership, coaching and capability building.
Digital transformation, data analytics and continuous improvement.
Experience leveraging technology and AI-driven solutions to improve project delivery outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Significant experience leading programme management, planning or project controls functions within the construction industry.
Demonstrated success overseeing multiple large-scale commercial construction projects or portfolios.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project and project reporting platforms.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, project risk management and delivery assurance.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
Additional qualifications in programme management, project controls or leadership will be highly regarded.
