The Commercial Site Partner serves as the Digital & Tech point of contact for Haleon’s Sydney Commercial Site, supporting the ANZ business. This role ensures commercial teams are equipped with stable, effective, and well-supported technology solutions to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities include service management (ServiceNow), project delivery, and support across network, O365, managed services, end-user computing, Copilot, and audio-visual meeting room technologies. The role focuses on technology enablement, incident resolution, demand coordination, and solution implementation.
While not accountable for commercial strategy, the position ensures all technology tools operate efficiently, issues are resolved promptly, and local requirements are delivered in alignment with Digital & Tech standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Digital & Tech contact for the ANZ Business.
- Support commercial teams by addressing technology needs, requirements, and issues related to digital tools and platforms.
- Ensure continuity, stability, and proper usage of commercial technology solutions.
- Coordinate the intake, prioritization, and resolution of requests with Digital & Tech regional/global teams.
- Track progress and ensure timely resolution of incidents, enhancements, and minor projects.
- Support the local deployment and rollout of Digital & Tech initiatives impacting the commercial organization.
- Coordinate testing, user support, and post‑implementation stabilization.
- Promote correct usage and adoption of tools through enablement and guidance.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Development teams on operational technology topics.
- Act as a liaison between the Commercial Site and Digital & Tech regional and global teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners when required.
- Ensure that all solutions and requests comply with Digital & Tech standards, security, data privacy, and governance requirements.
- Escalate risks, incidents, or systemic issues as needed.
Support documentation, reporting, and basic performance tracking of commercial technology services.

About You;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Technology, IT Support, Digital Enablement, or IT Business Support roles.
- Familiarity with commercial digital tools (e.g., CRM, sales tools, reporting platforms) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations.
- Strong ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
