Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Sport team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an opportunity to lead a Corporate Sport portfolio and work with a range of sporting and high-profile clients. You will help deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions, support new business growth and mentor junior brokers within the team.

We will count on you to:

Lead client relationships across a portfolio of corporate sport accounts and support the growth and profitability of the book
Advise clients on risk exposures and develop practical insurance solutions based on their needs
Present market updates, premium movements and placement strategies to client stakeholders and board representatives
Work with Marsh placement and product specialists to deliver renewal and placement strategies in line with client instructions
Support new business development through client presentations, relationship building and tailored solutions
Mentor and support junior brokers and contribute to team capability and performance
Build connections with colleagues across the business as well as through events, conferences and client functions

What you need to have:

Demonstrated experience in a commercial insurance or broking environment
Experience across group personal accident, liability, cyber, property, ISR and general insurance
An insurance broker qualification
Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior executives
Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, manage competing deadlines and handle multiple tasks
