We're looking for an industry expert who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping students build the practical skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry. You'll deliver engaging, hands-on training while ensuring our programs remain current, relevant and aligned with industry standards.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver practical, industry-focused training and assessment
- Develop engaging learning resources and training materials
- Support and mentor students to achieve successful outcomes
- Ensure training meets ASQA and national VET compliance requirements
- Maintain your industry currency and bring real-world experience into the classroom
- Contribute to course development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with industry to ensure our training reflects current practices

About You
You're an experienced Instrumentation and Controls professional who enjoys mentoring others and takes pride in developing future industry talent. You bring current technical knowledge, a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for lifelong learning.
You'll bring:
- A Certificate III in Instrumentation& Control (or equivalent)
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or willingness to complete with support and mentoring
- Strong industry experience in instrumentation and process control environments.

Mandatory requirements
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (no older than 12 months old)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A 6-month probationary period applies to this role
