Full Job Description

The Maritime Cargo and Construction division has a great opportunity for an experienced electrical technician. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of; safe, efficient and compliant electrical diagnostic, maintenance and component replacements services to the Maritime Crane Division’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical systems, electronics and components of Liebherr Maritime Cranes
Carry out maintenance and adjustment on electrical systems, electronics and components in the field and workshop on Liebherr Maritime Cranes
Carry out diagnostics/examinations using specialised tools and equipment
Exchange electrical components, electronic assemblies and electrical wiring on Liebherr Maritime Cranes
Liaising with the factory to resolve technical concerns.
Monitoring and analysis on equipment performance
Deliver training associated with technical information.
Support of commissioning jobs
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

About you

Relevant electrotechnology qualification or equivalent
Minimum 12 months experience, preferably working with both Construction & Harbour Mobile Machines
Relevant electrical licence
Shows capability in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hold a current driver’s license.
