About The Role
As a Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.

Duties
- Provide repairs and maintenance support to the care home across a wide scope of activities including: landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging
- Assist in the sourcing of appropriate service providers and contractors, utilising relevant IT and purchasing systems
- Assist in the management of Property Services projects
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures
Skills and Experience
- Formal qualifications; and/or Relevant skills training or experience
- Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
- The ability to solve problems independently
