- Build on your site experience as a demolition labourer and operator and harness your capability as a leader with this important role at a growing demolition company.
- Carry out hands on demolition work and manage your site crew on diverse demolition jobs across sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, and rail.
- Apply your communication and organisational skills working closely with client side and our project delivery teams.
- Provide training and mentorship to demolition workers.

About you
You may have come from demolition, construction or mining and have been looking for the right opportunity to make your mark. Time on site as a demolition labourer and operator means you have the experience, know how, and drive to deliver under pressure. You have a commitment to safety and ensure your team lives by that too. You’re willing to learn new skills and enjoy the chance to move between diverse tasks from machine operation to hands on demolition. You pay attention to the details, don’t mind the tech, and are willing to step in to help on project administration.
To make the cut, you will bring:
- Valid Drivers Licence
- OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)
- Previous experience leading crews
- Minimum 3 years experience in demolition reflected in strong knowledge of methodologies, plant, and equipment
- Experience operating excavators, skid steers, bobcats, skid steers, forklifts, and Brokk robots
- Experience with slab penetrations, propping and structural demolition
- Ability to work on sites across the Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast region
- Good work ethic and positive work attitude
- Ability to read and interpret plans and project documentation
- A strong focus on safety
- Competent with technology and systems
- WHS (CPCCWHS2001) and demolition (CPCCDE3030) certificates highly regarded, along with any other plant tickets and VOCs
- Reliable, motivated, and hardworking.
The successful candidate is required to pass a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
