Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with a warm, professional approach, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Prepare, set up and maintain restaurant and bar to the highest presentation, cleanliness and service standards.

Take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks efficiently and prepare beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service throughout each shift.

Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment while following food safety, hygiene, RSA and workplace health and safety standards.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential—we will provide on-the-job training.

Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).

Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Work well independently and as part of a team.

Communicate confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.

Are available to work evenings and weekends.
