The Professional Relations & Logistics Coordinator reports to the Scientific Affairs & Public Health Manager and is responsible for the administrative and operational pillars of our academic, professional partnerships, and social impact programs. This role ensures seamless logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.
*Please note this is a casual role 3 days per week
Coordinate end-to-end administrative workflows for university engagement, including product ordering for lectures and coordinating timely co-packing and delivery.
Streamline financial workflows by managing invoices and Purchase Orders (POs) associated with all university agreements.
Facilitate and manage clinical sampling and allocations across universities in Australia and New Zealand.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics and co-packing for professional association conferences and partnerships.
Streamline financial workflows for all professional associations by managing invoices and Purchase Orders (POs).
Execute logistics for social impact programs, such as toothbrushing program initiatives.
Order Colgate education resources and optimize resource inventory management.
Brings a solid background in logistics coordination, administrative operations, or office management.
Acts as a proactive problem-solver who excels in high-paced, dynamic environments.
Maintains meticulous attention to detail, specifically regarding financial documentation and Purchase Order (PO) processing.
Cultivates a collaborative approach, working seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
