- Leading Hand MPU Operators
- Site Supervisors
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new operation from the beginning and play a key role in establishing a strong safety culture, operational excellence, and customer partnership.
Whether you're a skilled MPU Operator looking for your next challenge, an experienced Leading Hand ready to take ownership of day-to-day coordination, or a Supervisor passionate about leading crews and driving performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideally, You Will Have
MPU Operators
- Experience operating Mobile Processing Units
- Dangerous Goods licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Current HR licence highly regarded
- Experience within mining, blasting, explosives, or heavy industry
- Strong safety focus and commitment to Zero Harm
Leading Hands
- Demonstrated MPU operating experience
- Experience coordinating crews and supporting site leadership
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to step into supervisory responsibilities when required
Supervisors
- Proven experience leading operational mining or blasting teams
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of driving safety, compliance, and operational performance
- Experience managing customer relationships and site requirements
