Opportunity Snapshot
We are looking for 2 Content Designers to join our team on a full-time basis. One is permanent role, the other a fixed-term contract (12 months).
In either role, you would be responsible for creating, remediating and optimising complex and highly regulated health insurance content for our digital sales pathway. Which means designing content that's accurate, easy to understand, and compliant with digital content, legal, and regulatory standards.
Day-to-day work involves exploration, discovery, design and content production to support the delivery of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives for A/B testing across multiple market segments. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated Product Manager, CRO Manager, an Experience Designer and UX researchers, as well as other stakeholders and specialists.
As part of the larger Content Design team, which spans many areas of Bupa, you’ll report to a Content Design Manager and benefit from the support of your content design peers, including those working in the same growth and acquisition space.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- 3+ years of experience in product content design and/or UX writing.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO, accessibility, and UX fundamentals, paired with high-level copywriting, grammar and editing skills for both website and mobile applications.
- Experience following user-centred content compliance strategies that minimise risk and ensure content is compliant, ethical, and effective.
- Proven ability to communicate content decisions, strategies and ideas clearly and concisely to project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong background in using data, research, and analytics to optimise content performance.
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS production platforms.
- A growth mindset with experience in design thinking and human-centred design methodologies.
- Demonstrated initiative in using AI to improve content design efficiency.
- A tertiary qualification in communications, writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
Desirable
- Experience working at a large enterprise within a highly regulated industry.
- Experience working on customer-facing AI initiatives.
- Understanding of content modelling and Content as a Service (CaaS).
