Full Job Description

The Service Administrator will be responsible for managing customer portals, including PO management, and managing case queues to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner once a quote has been accepted.

What you will do

Update Customer Portals once the order has been accepted to ensure all the appropriate information is listed in preparation for invoicing.
Supply customers with relevant information in relation to the accepted quotes, where required. Monitor relevant case queues and ensure all actions are completed within a timely manner.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly the Commercial Service teams, to ensure deadlines are met in order to remain on target with prescribed ETA’s.

Support with quoting conversion and part sourcing overflow, where required. Ensure all documentation and records are accurately recorded in CRM – SFDC solution.

What we require

Background in estimating, quoting, or administration.
Familiarity of Australian building codes & standards in particular AS5007 – Powered Doors for Pedestrian Access & Egress.
Proficiency in estimation software, CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & ability to manage multiple quotes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively collaborate with clients, sales teams & internal stakeholders.

Experience using ServiceMax or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
Exposure to scheduling or workforce management systems
Experience coordinating subcontractors or technicians highly regarded
