Full-Time Position | Company Vehicle Available for the Right Candidate

Everlyn Projects is a family owned and operated commercial construction company delivering refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance, and project works across Brisbane.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to become part of a close knit team where your contribution is valued, your work is recognised, and your career can grow alongside the business.

We work across a diverse range of commercial environments including healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, retail spaces, office buildings, and occupied facilities, delivering projects safely, professionally, and to a high standard.

About the Role

This is a hands-on carpentry position working across a variety of commercial projects including:

Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
Building maintenance and repair works
Defect rectification projects
Live environment projects within hospitals, hotels, and operational commercial facilities
Minor demolition and make-good works
Installation of doors, frames, hardware, skirting, architraves, and joinery
Framing, plastering repairs, and finishing carpentry
General building repairs and maintenance works

You will work closely with the Director and project team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients have come to expect from Everlyn Projects.

Key Responsibilities

General carpentry works across commercial sites
Deliver refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance projects
Install and repair doors, hardware, frames, and associated building elements
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers when required
Maintain safe, clean, and organised worksites
Communicate professionally with clients, facility managers, and stakeholders
Assist with project delivery, quality control, and problem-solving on site
Represent Everlyn Projects professionally at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Trade qualification in Carpentry
Experience within commercial construction, fit-outs, or refurbishments
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
