About the Role

Hearing Consultants Australia is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee administrative operations across our clinics. The role involves supervising and supporting administrative staff, managing payroll and personnel records, maintaining office systems and documentation, coordinating procurement and supplier relationships, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. You will prepare budgets, financial and operational reports, implement policies and procedures, and drive continuous process improvements. Working closely with management, service providers and stakeholders, you will also support marketing and business development initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, organisational, financial and communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Position: Office Manager

Location of work: 664 Burke Road, Camberwell, Vic - 3124

Employment type: Permanent, Full time

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation

The main duties of the position include: ·

Duties include, but are not limited to –

Office Operations & Administration

· Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, including recruitment, induction, training, rostering and performance management.

· Plan, implement and monitor office administrative systems, policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

· Coordinate administrative operations across multiple office locations and visiting service sites to ensure consistent service delivery.

· Manage payroll administration, employee leave records and personnel documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

· Maintain office records, databases, electronic filing systems and business documentation to ensure accurate record management.

· Prepare operational budgets, financial reports and expenditure forecasts, and monitored office expenses.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, invoice processing, reconciliations and supplier payments.

· Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment and services, negotiate supplier agreements and monitor inventory levels.

· Liaise with internal management, external stakeholders and service providers to support business operations.

· Develop, review and implement office policies, administrative procedures and standard operating procedures.

· Prepare management reports analyse operational performance data and recommend improvements to administrative processes.

· Coordinate marketing activities and business development initiatives to support organizational growth.

Qualification and experience required:

· Diploma in Management or relevant qualification

· A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
