What you'll do

You’ll own our performance creative engine end-to-end, from customer insights and concepts to production, testing, and iteration.

You won’t make every ad yourself. You’ll build and operate the system that consistently produces winning creative at high volume across markets and languages.

Example projects

Build our creative intelligence system. Study our ads, competitors, customers, cultural trends, and platform-native content to identify new hooks, formats, desires, and creative opportunities.
Create a high-velocity testing program. Turn hypotheses into clear concepts and briefs, launch structured tests, and use performance data to decide what to iterate, scale, or kill.
Build an AI-native production engine. Develop workflows that rapidly generate new characters, scenes, scripts, voices, images, and videos without sacrificing creative quality.
Scale winning ideas across markets. Localize language, characters, casting, settings, and cultural cues so concepts feel native to each audience,not like superficial translations.
Turn winners into creative families. Take a successful concept and systematically explore new hooks, characters, formats, stories, and audiences without losing what made it work.
Build the production network. Find and manage the right creators, editors, designers, agencies, and AI tools to increase output while maintaining a high quality bar.
Create the feedback loop. Establish a clear taxonomy and reporting system so every creative teaches us something and the team compounds its knowledge over time.

What you'll bring

A track record of developing performance creative that drove meaningful growth for a consumer product.
Exceptional instincts for hooks, concepts, storytelling, offers, audiences, and platform-native formats.
Strong analytical judgment. You can read creative performance, separate signal from noise, and turn results into better ideas.
A systems mindset. You naturally think about how research, ideation, production, testing, and iteration should work together.
Comfort working with AI-native creative tools and rapidly evolving production workflows.
The ability to move between strategy and execution. You don’t need to produce every asset yourself, but you’re close enough to the craft to prototype ideas, improve weak work, and maintain the quality bar.
Strong cultural judgment when adapting creative across languages, markets, and audiences.
Hunger to win. You want ownership of a major growth lever, ambitious targets, and responsibility for the outcome.

Intro call: 15 minutes to align on the role and company.
Founder interview: Go deep on what you’ve built, how you think, and how you work.
Creative interview: Walk through work you’re proud of, dissect existing ads, and show how you turn performance signals into new concepts.
Paid work trial: Spend three days with us in Sydney working on a real creative problem. We cover travel and accommodation if needed.
