We are committed to delivering high-quality developments that combine functionality, sustainability, and modern design.

As our business continues to expand, including engagement with a broader range of clients and potential overseas markets, we are seeking to strengthen our marketing capability to support brand growth and market development.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our projects.

In this role, you will analyse market trends, assist in brand positioning, and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business growth and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer demand, and competitor activities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital promotion, project marketing, and events
Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging across channels
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives
Identify new market opportunities, including potential interstate and international markets
Maintain marketing records, reports, and databases

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, market research, or campaign coordination
Experience in construction, property, or related industries is desirable but not essential
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and contribute to marketing strategy development
Experience coordinating marketing activities across digital and offline channels
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or CRM systems
Experience working with diverse client groups or international markets will be considered favourably

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
