The Role
We're looking for a digitally experienced marketer to coordinate campaigns, bring ideas to life and work with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver effective digital activity the enhances our brands.
About You & Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Hands-on experience supporting and optimising paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
Proven campaign coordination experience, from brief through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into practical recommendations.
Commercial understanding of how digital marketing supports customer acquisition, conversion, revenue and ROI.
Stakeholder and agency coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate campaign briefs, creative, audiences, timelines and measurement.
Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation activities.
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure campaign delivery.
Support internal reporting and performance analysis.
Provide recommendations based on campaign and customer insights.
Implementation of geotargeted campaigns to support store level activities.
Assisting with the development of SEO strategies.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, Creative and Web teams.

We'd Also Like to See

Retail, eCommerce, omnichannel or multi-site experience.
Experience with geotargeted or location-based campaigns.
SEO experience, including keyword research and content optimisation.
Experience working across multiple brands.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
Agency experience would be a real asset
