Responsive Building are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Repair Coordinators for upcoming opportunities within our growing pipeline of works.

The Role

As part of our continued expansion and increasing project demand, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Repair Coordinators who may be interested in joining our team as opportunities arise.

This role is ideal for a capable, solutions-focused coordinator with strong experience in insurance repairs or construction scheduling. You will confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Coordinate insurance repair projects from approval through to completion
Manage scheduling, workflow, and project administration with accuracy and structure
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, insurers, supervisors, and trades
Drive progress across multiple projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and KPIs are met
Proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum and achieve positive outcomes

About You

Proven experience in insurance repairs, claims coordination, construction scheduling, or building administration
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Professional, accountable, and solutions-focused approach
Experience with PRIME software highly regarded
Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
