As we continue to expand our Customer Lifecycle Management and Decisioning capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Pega Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH) Specialist to join a high-performing Martech & Decisioning team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced NBA Desginer / Decisioning Specialist to join a high-performing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) squad.
This is a hands-on role focused on designing, configuring, optimising, and supporting Next Best Action (NBA) and Next Best Experience strategies within Pega Customer Decisioning Hub. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, data teams, and marketing specialists to deliver highly personalised, data-driven customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels.
You will play a key role in designing decision strategies, configuring engagement policies, implementing arbitration rules, supporting experimentation and optimisation programs, and driving continuous improvement across customer lifecycle initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Pega CDH, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering personalised customer experiences through intelligent decisioning and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy Next Best Action (NBA) strategies using Pega Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH).
Build and maintain actions, treatments, engagement policies, arbitration rules, and decision logic within Pega CDH.
Collaborate with NBA Analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective decisioning solutions.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to optimise customer engagement outcomes.
Work with Data Science and Insights teams to analyse performance and improve decision strategies.
Support testing, QA, business simulations, and production releases.
Provide subject matter expertise on Pega CDH capabilities, best practices, and platform governance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
What You'll Need
Experience as a Pega CDH Specialist, Decisioning Engineer, Campaign Engineer, or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH), ideally version 8.23 or 8.7+.
Experience with Pega 1:1 Operations Manager.
Strong understanding of Next Best Action (NBA) and customer lifecycle management strategies.
Experience configuring actions, treatments, engagement policies, arbitration rules, and decision strategies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
Knowledge of direct marketing compliance requirements, including Privacy, Spam, and DNCR legislation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Pega Strategy Framework and Next Best Action Designer (NBAD).
Experience within enterprise customer engagement or Martech environments.
Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalisation, and decisioning frameworks.
Exposure to Teradata or enterprise data warehouse platforms.
Experience working alongside Data Science and Analytics teams.
Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Utilities, or other regulated industries.
Pega CDH certifications.
