Full Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting, casual work opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? United Physiotherapy Group (UPG), a leading provider of physiotherapy services, is expanding our Head Office team and we’d love for you to be part of it!

We’re looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant of any experience level to join us on a casual basis. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of admin experience, there’s a place for you here.

This is an exciting time for UPG as we continue to grow and innovate across the disability and aged care sectors. If you’re someone who embraces change, loves learning, and wants to make a real impact, you’ll fit right in.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Office Manager
Reception duties and general running of our Private Practice Clinics, Studio and Head Office
Invoicing and taking payments
Customer service including answering telephone calls and emails
Administration tasks and support for physiotherapists

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in health care practice administration and reception would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers/clients.
Have excellent time management and organisation skills.
Strong social, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team
Team player, creating a supportive working environment
Confidence with using Google Suite of Applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Attention to detail
Strong initiative and good problem solving skills
Experience with complaint management and resolution
Appropriate working visas - no visa restrictions
A National Police Certificate
NDIS Check/Working with Children Check
