Are you a fantastic disability support worker?
Must be available to work in the evening on weekdays
$46.65 p/h weekdays after induction, plus salary packaging (pay less tax)

About us

We're a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.
This means we often do things differently. Since we began in 2015, we've made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many it's had a profound impact on their lives. Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.

Looking for staff to support a client in her 70's needing support with personal care, meal preparation and household tasks. Our client enjoys watching music drama shows, visiting surrounding local areas and spending time with her pets.

To do a great job, you'll need:

Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values.
Confidence to navigate day-to-day challenges calmly and thoughtfully
Experience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with domestic duties (meal preparation and housekeeping).
Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client
Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives
Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients vehicle
Must be available to work in the evening on weekdays, 5pm to 8pm
Ongoing day shifts during the week and weekends available
