Full Job Description

We currently have a permanent Full-time opportunity for an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our Boost Juice team at Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

We are looking for someone that has hands-on approach and can work in a fast-paced environment to lead a team but also work alone at times. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:30am till 5:30pm, so you will need to have availability to be rostered during these hours.

What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Plan production based on sales projection
Prepare ingredients for day’s trade.
Cleaning and Wash dishes when required.
Ensure ingredients and equipment are at the correct temperature
Stock merchandise counter and display prior to service
Clean and sanitise bench, tables, Fridges, ensuring correct storage of all food items
To ensure that the outlet opening and closing procedures are adhered to by all staff so that the next shift can operate smoothly.

What You’ll Bring (experience required)

Looking for someone with eye for detail, very hands on with Juice Bar experience is Highly Desirable.
At least 2 years previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Hospitality supervisory role
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Experience managing teams and operational workflows
Exceptional customer service
Current Food Handlers Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
