About the Role:

In this role, you will assist with maintaining the Junior Medical Officer (JMO) and Consultant rosters, support JMO onboarding, coordinate and manage invoice processing, and assist with the delivery of JMO teaching and orientation sessions. As the first point of contact for Medical Officers working at North Canberra Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical administration services.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels and across disciplines. You will have a strong customer service focus, foster a supportive and responsive environment within the Medical Administration team, and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills while managing competing priorities in a changing environment.
