Looking for a part-time role that respects the rest of your week?

An established private speech pathology practice in Sydney's beachside Eastern Suburbs is opening up a Thursday–Friday clinical role for a Speech Pathologist who wants meaningful, well-supported clinical work — without sacrificing the days that matter for family, study, another role, or your own business.

Who this role is perfect for:

An experienced SLP building a portfolio career (private + public, or clinic + telehealth)
A senior clinician winding back from full-time without stepping away from the work you love
A public-sector SLP wanting to build private practice experience alongside a hospital role
Someone returning to practice after a career break who wants a warm, supportive team to come back to

The practice Over 20 years established. NDIS-registered. A tight, PROMPT-trained clinical team of experienced Speech Pathologists who genuinely like each other. Warm, values-led leadership. Long-standing referrer network — meaning your two days will be full, engaging clinical days, not empty diaries waiting to be filled.

The work You choose the caseload lean that fits your interests — paediatric, adult, or a genuine mix. Clients across early language, articulation, literacy, stuttering, PROMPT, social communication, adult acquired (post-stroke/TBI), and accent modification. Mostly one-on-one in-clinic, with optional telehealth if you want it. NDIS, private and Medicare CDM referrals.

The location A beachside pocket of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs with coastal walks, a proper café culture, and a genuine community feel. Easy public transport, off-CBD commute, and lifestyle in walking distance of the clinic door.

What you'll bring

Speech Pathology degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
Current SPA membership / CPSP status
A minimum of 5 years of experience
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
