Clinical Development: Access regular supervision, tailored monthly CPD programs, an individual $2,000 annual PD budget, and 1 paid study day each year to support your career growth.

Job Description

Learn, Grow, Thrive – On Us! As part of our new graduate support, we also fund course fees in your first year so you can build your skills without limits. Funded courses include:

Hanen – More Than Words: Social communication strategies for children and their parents
Sounds-Write: Evidence-based literacy intervention
SOS Approach to Feeding: Advanced feeding therapy skills (after prerequisites are met)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Full-time Speech Pathologist with relevant degree (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
Clinicians who are passionate about working with a predominantly paediatric community caseload
A full driving license and access to a car is required
