Details: The Project Administrative Support Officer will provide administration and project support across all three workshops, supporting a variety of activities including the communications strategy, maintaining and updating policy and documentation, and ensuring appropriate record management.
To be successful in this position you will need to have excellent communication skills, participate in the continuous improvement projects for the Fleet Services team, be a team player, with the ability to also work independently, and contribute to a culture of constant improvement and innovation.

Driver’s Licence (C-class) is mandatory.

This position does require a pre-employment medical.

Previous experience working in an administrative support role in an operational setting within an industrial environment would be an advantage.

This role is supporting an operational environment and therefore requires on site attendance.
