About the opportunity

As part of our Retail Operations team, you'll help support the leadership behind one of Australia's largest customer-facing networks. We're looking for a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the General Manager, Retail Operations North, ensuring they can focus on leading the business while you keep priorities moving, stakeholders connected, and operations running smoothly. This role offers a salary of $108,110 inclusive of superannuation.

You’ll also

Proactively manage a complex and dynamic calendar, anticipating scheduling conflicts, planning ahead and ensuring leaders are well prepared for upcoming meetings and commitments.
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks and stakeholder sensitivities, taking action early to keep priorities on track and minimise disruption.
Provide high-quality support in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adapting quickly as priorities shift.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across a diverse stakeholder group, navigating complex business environments with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate a broad range of administrative activities, including diary management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements and key business events, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

About you

You’re an agile and proactive professional who can confidently navigate a complex business environment. Able to work across a diverse range of functions, you quickly read the landscape, adapt your approach, and keep multiple priorities moving at pace. You bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to get things done without needing detailed direction.

You’ll also

Demonstrate experience streamlining administrative processes, removing roadblocks and supporting the effective prioritisation of competing business demands.
Have proven ability to remain calm, composed and effective when managing competing priorities and working under pressure.
Demonstrate the ability to respond with urgency, exercise sound judgement and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Leverage your advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, to deliver efficient and professional support.
