What You'll Do:

Teach engaging, structured swimming lessons to children of different ages and abilities

Help children build confidence and develop essential swimming skills

Follow the Carlile Swim program to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons

Build positive relationships with swimmers and families

Create a safe, encouraging and fun learning environment

Continue learning and developing your teaching skills

About You:

You don't need an aquatic background to be great at this role. We're looking for people who:

✔️ Enjoy working with children

✔️ Are comfortable and confident around water

✔️ Communicate positively with children, families and teammates

✔️ Are reliable and can commit to regular weekly shifts

✔️ Are open to feedback, learning and following a structured program

✔️ Put child safety first

Our swim schools operate across weekdays and weekends, with afternoon/evening and weekend availability highly desirable.

Already hold your Swim Teacher qualification, CPR and relevant state Working with Children Check? Great. If you don't have them yet, that's okay - we'll guide you through what's required to become qualified.
