Full Job Description

Rumble Subiaco delivers a premium fitness experience combining boxing, strength training and high-intensity interval training. Our studios are built around energetic classes, strong community engagement and a distinctive fitness and lifestyle brand.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Subiaco and manage the creation, publication and performance of digital marketing content across our social media and online platforms.

You will be responsible for developing engaging digital content that promotes the Rumble brand, our services and membership offering.

The position will manage the full content lifecycle, from concept development and production through to scheduling, publishing and performance analysis. The successful candidate will have strong experience producing social media content and implementing digital campaigns designed to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, enquiries and membership growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

Developing and producing engaging marketing content, including videos, photographs, graphics and written content, for Rumble's social media and digital platforms.
Planning, creating, scheduling and publishing regular content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant digital channels.
Developing content concepts and monthly content calendars aligned with Rumble's brand positioning, promotions and business objectives.
Managing the end-to-end content production process, including concept development, photography, video production, editing, copywriting and publication.
Creating content for marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, enquiries, memberships and customer retention.
Maintaining a consistent brand identity, tone of voice and visual presentation across digital and social media channels.
Identifying social media trends, audience interests and content opportunities relevant to the fitness and lifestyle market.
Supporting organic and paid social media campaigns through the development of campaign concepts, advertising copy, images and video content.
Assisting with Meta and Google digital advertising campaigns, including preparation of advertising content, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
Monitoring social media, content and campaign performance using platform analytics and other digital reporting tools.
Analysing engagement, reach, conversion and other relevant performance measures to identify opportunities to improve future content.
Testing different content formats, messaging and creative approaches to improve audience engagement and campaign performance.
Engaging with the online Rumble community and supporting initiatives designed to strengthen customer relationships and community participation.
Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop content for events, partnerships, promotions and community initiatives.
Supporting membership acquisition and retention initiatives through digital content, CRM communications and integrated marketing campaigns.
Maintaining an organised library of digital marketing assets and ensuring content is published accurately and according to schedule.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

A relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Media or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, digital content creation or a similar marketing role.
Strong experience creating engaging video, photography and written content for social media platforms.
Experience managing business accounts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Experience with video editing, photography and digital content production tools.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience using social media and digital analytics to measure content and campaign performance.
Strong understanding of current social media trends, content formats and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and content deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing day-to-day content production and publishing.

Experience in the fitness, health, lifestyle, hospitality or membership-based industries will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

Full-time position based in Subiaco.
Salary of $78,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
