About Country Club and the new Championship Golf Course:
At Country Club Tasmania, we’re building something truly special — a new championship golf course designed to rival some of the world’s best.
Created by globally respected architect Robin Gibson, our new par 72, 18-hole Championship Course will be situated within a beautifully landscaped parkland precinct, inspired by some of the finest courses in North America and the UK. Make no mistake, what’s coming is a landmark in every sense of the word. It’s a course that rewards thoughtful play and invites golfers to return again and again.
Scheduled to open in Summer 2026/27, it will offer a visually stunning and challenging experience and we’re now looking for a motivated and talented Course Services Supervisor to help deliver on-ground operations premium tournament standards.
What you can expect in a day in the role:
As Course Services Supervisor, you’ll lead the delivery of all on-ground golf operations, including cart fleet management and course readiness, ensuring a seamless, well-presented and efficient experience from arrival through to tee-off.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Oversee cart fleet preparation, allocation and maintenance.

- Supervise Golf Cart Attendants and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure presentation standards for carts and equipment.
- Coordinate with Starter/Marshall on tee timing and readiness.
- Work with Front Office Guest Services Team on guest arrival and staging requirements.
- Liaise with Group Bookings, Front Office and Golf Operations team members to confirm group numbers, timing, cart requirements, bag drop arrangements and day-of-play changes.
- Monitor operational efficiency and adjust resources as needed.
