In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, explain technical concepts in a practical way, and support their decision-making. You’ll apply your accounting knowledge and understanding of legislation to deliver accurate, meaningful insights that make a real impact.
Whether advising Deloitte internally or supporting external clients, you’ll contribute to high-quality tax compliance and advisory work tailored to each unique circumstance. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of clients from multinational organisations to high-net-worth individuals building both your technical expertise and your client service capability.
Along the way, you’ll learn from industry-leading professionals and if you return as a Gradaute can be supported to further your studies, including the Chartered Accountants (CA) program and/or a Masters of Tax, setting you up for a strong and rewarding accounting career.

Studying a Commerce, Accounting, or Business-related degree and genuinely curious about how businesses operate.

Someone who thrives in collaborative environments and brings a positive, solutions-focused energy to both clients and your team.
Adaptable and driven — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on, learn quickly, and grow through real client interactions.
Finishing your studies mid or end of 2027
