As Floor Manager, you’ll lead from the front, partnering with the Store Manager to bring MECCA’s customer experience to life, coach and develop future leaders and help drive strong commercial results.
We’re looking for a passionate Floor Manager (2IC) to join our leadership team at our brand-new MECCA Belconnen store in ACT on a full-time basis, working Sun-Thu.
As a key member of the Store Leadership Team, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team, create an engaged and inclusive culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
From helping establish MECCA ways of working and developing your team, to driving commercial performance and creating unforgettable customer moments, you’ll play an important role in bringing this new store to life when we open our doors towards the end of 2026.
