About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Quality and Informatics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to work in a variety of areas to assist with quality improvement initiatives, advancing medication safety practices, and optimising digital medication management systems across Western Health.
Key responsibilities:
- Support pharmacy quality improvement and medication safety programs.
- Partner with clinical, operational and digital health teams to optimise electronic medication management systems and pharmacy technologies.
- Develop policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that support safe and effective medication management.
- Analyse complex data and translate insights into practical improvements that enhance patient care and operational performance.
